Michele is a fantastic instructor. She creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere (background music, low lighting, lavender eye pillows, blankets and blocks).
 Suitable for all abilities, as Michele shows you how to level down/up poses so that you can challenge yourself the right amount, and stretch safely and meaningfully.

Yoga has been a part of my life for 20+ years, when I completed training and gained a deeper understanding of this ancient practice it only made me love it more
